Delicious Beef and Pork recipes

Delicious Beef and Pork recipes Review

The professional way of cooking Beef and Pork has been explained in this eBook.
What to Look For When Buying Pork?

When buying pork, look for cuts with a relatively small amount of fat over the outside and with meat that is firm and a grayish pink color. For best flavor and tenderness, meat should have a small amount of marbling.

Beef

Fresh beef can differ from bright red to cherry-red depending on the amount of exposure to oxygen. A dark plum-red appearance can be an sign that the meat comes from an older animal. The meat should be firm but not dry and should have a smooth and fine texture. The outer layer of fat should be firm and evenly distributed. An oily appearance can be an indication that the meat comes from an older animal.

The meat of a young animal is grayish pink. Generally, the older the animal the darker the meat. The meat and fat should feel firm to the touch and not leave an impression when pressed with a finger. The fat is mostly white to creamy white. An oily appearance is indicative of an older animal.

Pork Belly Recipes - How To Cook Pork Belly Like A Pro

Pork Belly Recipes - How To Cook Pork Belly Like A Pro Review

Pork belly is one of the most underrated, but most delicious cuts of meat. A boneless but fatty cut of pork, the belly is very cheap but when cooked properly can easily outclass a tenderloin, or a filet mignon.

Extremely popular in Asian cuisine, and a popular ingredient in many traditional European "peasant" dishes, pork belly has become more and more popular in recent years. Now it's commonly featured on the menus of the top restaurants, and is rightly considered to be a superb cut of meat.

Home cooks however often shy away from pork belly, as they see it as difficult to prepare and cook - but not any more! Now you can learn how to cook pork belly properly, bringing out the full flavour, and serving up succulent and tender meat with the crispest of crackling skin.

This concise collection of pork belly recipes will leave your guests impressed and satisfied, and eager for more.

Includes a collection of both traditional and contemporary recipes, from Asia, Europe and America, including the best slow cooked roast pork belly, tasty Caribbean jerk seasoned pork belly, rillettes, stews, curries and much more...
